RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied or have found the item not as described, you may return the product within 3 days from receiving it granted it has not been used. 100% money back if within these guidelines minus 15% restocking fee, shipping/handling charges and insurance cost. However, for custom dresses/sets there will be a 35% restocking fee that will be charged and deducted from refund. 15% non-refundable amount on any custom orders. If a buyer has not responded to seller communications after 90 days from date of purchase, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given. No returns on International sales.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Etsy Direct Deposit and USPS Postal Money Orders [PMO's can take up to 1-2 weeks to clear before we can ship your ready made item(s), the custom order time-frame rule applies as detailed in "Additional Policies & FAQs".] Please pay within 5 days of purchase. Contact us with any questions.
Shipping
Please allow 2 business days for us to ship your in-stock item. See listing shipping times for custom orders. Shipping is by USPS Priority mail or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery. We do combine shipping, email us for a combined shipping quote if your order does not automatically combine. We will email you once the package has been sent.
INSURANCE: Considering the originality of these ensembles, insurance is included in shipping /handling

Like a costume in our shop but need a different size or an outfit made just for you? For custom orders, please email us to start the process. Custom orders take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to complete depending on our current orders. 50% of the payment is due before we start your item with the rest due before we ship.
