A removable piped belt complete with matching small bow adorns the waistline. The back closes with a hidden waistline drawstring and hidden metal hook and eye clasps with matching self-covered buttons for decoration. In true late Regency to early Romantic period fashions, the bottom of the skirt features large, piped shells attached by hand in a nod to the elaborately decorated hemlines of the time.
